You sure about Carphone warehouse?...only problem is, is that i bought my T68 from them, and they didnt have a Ericsson technican on site, only a Nokia one. They said to ring up the Ericsson helpline....Back to square one.

It looks like my phone will have been worn out by the time I find a service centre to do an upgrade that isn't a transatlantic flight distance away (nobody at Ericsson has heard of us folk here in't good owd Yorkshire!)

Yeah, i think it'll have to be sent off. Ericsson said that you can send it to them, they'll flash it, and send it back to you in 3-4 working days. Bugger.

The one in Rotherham is called chatterbox there nbr is 01709 555050 and its directly opposite the football ground. As for the ones in Doncaster ring sony ericsson the nbrs on there site somewhere
