If you contact o2 c/s they can take the credit balance alert off for you depending on what platform your on.

If you want it switched off now, i would suggest making a phone call, because the email help is crap and you would probably need to send 3 or 4 emails to ask the same thing because the folk dont understand what you are saying half the time. (they need to relocate their email help back to the UK!)

Hey guys,
I have the K800i and I went on to the o2 website and went on the help function, sent them an email explaining my problem and then got an email back within 5 hours telling me they had lifted the restriction.
I sent a text to my Dad as a test and it worked perfectly.
If I can I will post my version of the email on the forum so you guys can use it as a template.
