I'd like to know an answer to this too.. I have a k700 now, and had a k500 before. I think I could make the k500 stay online with gprs and then I should be able to do it with k700 too, right?

GPRS shares the same channels as voice communication and you cannot have both active at the same time.

SE phones have a setting that defines if a voice call can be accepted during a GPRS data call. If the setting is negative then the voice call takes the path defined by the busy signal. If the setting is positive then the GPRS data call is suspended for the duration of the voice call and resumes at the end of the voice call.
