I have Racewood Bluetooth USB Dongle with XTNDConnect Blue Manager software and Windigo drivers. I have the usual problem not get t68i connected with MPM while file transfer and dialup with Blue Manager and t68i is possible.
When I pick phone properties or services in Blue Manager (with right button from the device on the list) I get dialup networking and generic networking as possible device (t68i) services. Not serial port. Is that the problem why t68i cannot be connected with MPM? Or does the general networking mean the same?
In the Blue Manager help it says that if serial port services are offered, then bluetooth can be used to replace the serial cable for communication. Now It seems that serial port services are not offered by t68i. I have virtual serial port enabled and in the MPM same port enabled and so on.. I have read all those thigns but still not work.
Is the problem really between XTND and MPM like T68mcUser said in other topics? Does anyone have experiences about Epox bluetooth dongle and what software comes with that?

Okay, hopefully someone can help me out here. I just got an IOGear Bluetooth to USB adaptor and I installed it on my Dell laptop w/ Windows2000. After installing it, everything looks okay but I have no Services when I open up My Bluetooth Places. I can see my T68i phone but when I double click on it, there are no services discovered. When I go into Control Panel, I do see the Bluetooth Modem (11), Fax (10) Modem and Null Modem (12). I even see the COM ports and everything looks okay.
Am I missing something here? I have the freeware version of Xtend software that I closed and I have Mobile Phone Monitor installed. Thanks!
