Its ok now, i found one called WinLAME
Now all i need is a free mpeg4/3gp video converter! I tried xilisoft but it only does 5 mins on the trial version, anybody willing to give registartion info?

DBPowerAMP is totally free! I have it since ages. I've downloaded it from their website with all codecs. It never asked me for any serial number! & I can open an unlimited number of files to convert @ once.
