using a macintosh G4 running OSX 10.2 (which has built in bluetooth capability), a matsumi bluetooth usb antenna, and assuming the phone and the computer is paired, here's how to do what you want:
1. in 'my pictures', select the picture
2. press the option button
3. choose 'send'
4. choose 'via bluetooth'
5. choose 'send to ' where is the name of a connected bluetooth computer
6. press 'yes'
7. the phone displays 'connecting'
8. after a second, the computer displays a dialog box saying 'receiving item from bluetooth device blah blah...', click 'accept'
9. then computer displays 'you have received a new file , would you like to open?' click 'open' or click 'cancel'. opening the file will directly open the picture in the app 'Preview', cancelling will save it to your desktop.
voila!

good luck!

Dont give up so fast :-) I häve got it running yesterday! If you have got the 3com usb bluetooth adapter its very simple. Download SW update from 3com. Set security level to low, start picture transfer from t68, accept question on your pc and voila! :-D

yes, it works with infra-red, always, and with bluetooth with 3com and anycom, but not with the others, tecom, tdk, msi, and billionton, coz the software doesn't support it (yet!)
