Hello all!
Just got my O2 upgrade K750i.
Now I know that the build quality on the SEs are nothing to write home about... but the button on the right of the shortcuts button seems a bit dodgy.
I mean, it is slightly looser than the button on the left and all other buttons but works absolutely perfectly.
After having a Siemens S65 - which is a good construction and solid, I am concerned that with use, the right button will become faulty.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on this - would you send it back to OK and ask for a replacement?
Or do you think it will be ok?
Cheers in advance!

I tried getting a refund, which i managed, but a note was put into the CPW saying i wasnt allowed to buy a K750 because i had made a fuss over a button and i was only allowed to get a refund or an exchange on a diff phone not the K750. Take it back, get a diff phone!!!

Wtf?? Don't you guys have consumer laws in your countries?? As far as my limited knowledge allows, you're allowed to return merchandise you're not happy with within a certain period of time should you be unhappy with said merchandise...

Hang on, this may be only with Handset only and pay as you go.
in the cpw you cant change a phone for the same one unless its clearly broken, manufactured wrong etc. dodgy buttons, etc. dont count! which is crap imho. but i managed to get a refund and as i walked out the shop said loudly, oh yes, phones 4 u stock K750s! ill buy one there!

@okay
have a look on the back of the battery cover it'll say week##.
Seems like earlier phones have a bit of a lesser build quality, creaks, squeaks and even the little pin hole blemishes on the silver sides (which i have two!!...lol). By the way mine is stamped week20.
Mine is stamped "week 26"
Anyone know if this is old or recent?

Good on ya, Vanquish!! I believe in giving em hell if i feel sleighted, and i don't much care about their policies either. It helps to really get all worked up when dealing with Customer Care, since they don't like the other customers to hear anything bad about the store or their service.

Mines a week 20 and I got it in the 1st week of June. The 3rd I think. I would say it was one of the first batch sent to England so I guess its pretty old.

Doesn't make sense this "week stamp" thing. The K750 was launched in the beginning of June, if u count 26 weeks up from June then that means we should be waiting for Christmas in a few days
