> Backing up K700 contacts - Broken screen

Well, I've managed to get my contacts backed up into Outlook but they've all been saved with the first name as the surname and the vice versa. Can anybody tell me the key strokes to enable me to switch these round so that I can try again and get them the rignt way around.
