I guess so, I just payed

I'm still missing a few features, but I'm confident the programmer will add them, he seems quite responsive.

I purchased to program to support an independant developer and hopefully encourage further development of the program.

Whenever I find a program that I use a lot, I prefer to pay for it - other stuff like various games that I maybe play twice a year, or programs I want to evaluate - that a different story.

But I do find PowerMP3 to be the best 3rd party audio player for my P910, and the one with the most potential - if I don't support the developer by buying the program, why should be keep improving it.

Yup, I second Peter231's opinion, PowerMP3 is still by far the best MP3/AAC/Ogg audio player for P series of phones. It is definitely worth the $$$, especially when the developer is quick in responding to our needs, issues, etc. Although it has yet tp provide EQ support for AAC (only MP3 currently), I am hoping that the developer can release a new version supporting that, and hopefully, an early Christmas present for us

Cheers

I just got a mail from the developer, he hopes to release a new version by the end of this month, so your wishes may come true

Hi Peter321,

Thanks! Yes, as mentioned earlier, the developer is really quick in responding to our issues, enhancements and needs, which is what makes an app even more worth for the $$$ that we've paid for

Kudos to PowerMP3's developer and I am eagerly awaiting for my possible early Christmas present hahaha...

Cheers

Just to follow up on my post, I got my P910 a couple of weeks ago, and I've been very pleased with the built-in music player. It's a big improvement on the P800 player I was used to - even simple things like being able to unlock the keypad with just the jog-dial (impossible on the P800) make it a lot nicer to use in this way. Quality of playback is excellent, and - not being one for fancy playlists - I'm quite happy with the folder structure and navigation used.

All I need now is a 2gb stick, and I'll be away..
