Hi altiki.Well first of all go to www.sonyericsson.com.On the top of the page you'll see "Support".Click it and on the next page click "Global support".On the next page you'll see the 5th icon which says "Update service" and just below that in blue letters "select product",click on it to choose your phone.Type your phone model in the "Enter product name" box.The next page should show a picture of your phone and some "goodies"!Click under "software" the "sony ericsson update service".On the next page you will be urged to complete 2 phases.Click to go to next page and you'll see 3 options.I recommend you choose the "manual" option so that you can see if your phone can be upgraded or not. You'll have to know your current cda number.(if you have a p900 or p910i you can find it in the"system information") my upgrade was:
CDA162005/3 R5A02.After that the next page shows 5 parameters. You should fulfill all 5 or you wont be able to continue!THe only thing I forgot to tell you is that you have to have Java2 platform installed or you wont be able to see the next page.(Not even Sony Ericsson knew that when I called them!!!!)If your are using firefox it will tell you that some plugins are missing and will ask you if you want to install them(thats how I did it-I love firefox!!!!!!)Afterwards you will be asked to synchronise or backup your phone.Do as you think best.Remember Java2 platform and a loaded battery!!!!Good luck and hoping to hear from you!

Thanks on this good reply suicidal.
Did the support center had to correct anything after the update was completed.
Because I just did the update on my P910i, it seems to be OK.
However this was greate help, at least for me.
Best Regards
