I don't get why you don't use all of that energy on the nokia trolls who spam the forums occassionally instead.

nice attitude you have by the way, I myslef use a Nokia 6230i also as its an excellent handset.. but maybe next time you should really do some research before moaning about problems that you have caused via personal error, just my two cents anyway.

All I want to know is if I can redo the whole davinci stuff.

I live in denmark, so I need the danish language stuff, which pretty much only leaves me with 2 choices in davinci when it comes to the main firmware and file system namely EU3 and EU4.

I opted for the EU4.

I initially then chose the europe4 finalization cda as well. I then flashed the whole stuff but the davinci program was unable to download any europe4 finalization data from their servers even though I had 1 credit to do so.

That pretty much rendered my phone dead as a duck so I basically had to try out 2-3 other finalization options before the program was able to get any finalization files from the server. The one it was able to get was the EMEA4 cda.

Now could you at least please tell me that I initially chose the right cda (europe4)?

I don't think this was an error on my end as the server simply wouldn't let me get any finalization data for europe4.

The application doesn't download the files during the flash process. First you download the files manually, then you select them when doing the flash. Yes, EU4 are the correct files. If you're from DK: Yes, Europe4 is the correct CDA. You still haven't read anything at their support forum, right :P This message was posted from a K750

Actually I am reading through their seuniverse forum now.

But I am having a hard time spotting exactly which cda is the correct one for me to be able to log on to SEUS and get the new software version.

if europe 4 can do it I feel kinda cheated as the davinci program wouldn't let me get that cda from their servers. Only the EMEA4 one was working

There's no such thing as "getting a CDA from their servers"! In the K750 Flasher you chose which firmware you want. Download both Main and FS. When downloaded, tick them both in the main window, chose Europe4 for CDA and tick Finalization and hit Flash. Then follow the online instructions - that's it!

I love the attitude of the two jerks that are replying. Apparently they just know everything -maybe soon they'll get a Nobel Prize- and they get a kick out of being mean to others.
It's like going into an ER and the doctors telling you:
"Why don't you study medicine and stitch that wound yourself? Here, read this manual...In the meantime try not to bleed that much"
Anyway, this was blown out of proportion, my phone is operative and it's not like I'm about to kill myself. I just want to get the new firmware for the camera. But if the only way around is to pay the Davinci-rip-me-off-team again I just won't do it.
