ESATO, i came to know that same virsion on software my very from region to region. For example at some region its not possible to use camera in silent mode.
Anyway can you tell me what is the current software version of yours. and one more thing, did the updated version of software improve the performance????
Is there anyway i can get back to my original software which was R1N005??

Yesterday I used the global support and the update went ok! My camera etc is working now
So with W800i, be sure to uninstall the update service using add/remove programs, remove the folder also. Then update, it will re-download all.
