I think that R520 was also the first phone with :bt:
I think there was already an old thread where this was discussed

R520 was the first phone with bluetooth in it, in production form, but who knows what the very first phone with bluetooth in it was in prototype form. More than likely it was an Ericsson, as they developed bluetooth in the first place.

R520 was the first bt phone to be manufactured. T68i was first with bt and mms. R520 was out a while before t68 This message was posted from a WAP device

R520 was out ages before the T68, and a way better phone it was too. Without doubt the R520 was the first production phone to have bluetooth.

There was first the T36, then th R520 and later the T39. I don't know which one it should be, because as we all know, the T39 is actually the T36 with bug fixes and minor changes.
See it as T68m vs T68i with the only difference that T36 wasn't produced in mass.

For infrared option, that's a difficult one, IrDa is actually very old feature. Even the GF788 could be equipped optionally with an IrDa adapter. Remember the GF788? the precedor of the T18s..
