1) The W800 (which you say you have in the topic title...

) also has the rubber nect support you showed us
2) The picture is fine, it's not perfect, but you can see the cables are 'breaking' near the neck.

I didnt like the curved solid top of the headphones anyway (kept making them fall out my ear) so am using some nice Sony ones that have the same ear inserts (can't remember type).
Well done to Sony that they make the earphones a 2 part piece so we can use better headphones!

The quality of the photo was useless. I was just commenting on how bad the photo came out and you could have made it so much clearer using the K750i/W800is Cam. Thats all.
If he used his W800 camera instead, the pic would turn out worse than what we have here anyway (low light = noise).
