Here's another tack:
Go to Control Panel > Internet accounts. Check that the account showing against 'Preferred' is the one you've set up with your provider.
Now go to Control Panel > WAP accounts. Click the Preferred tab. Make sure the 'Use WAP account' box is unchecked. (This will force the internal browser to use the preferred account set at the previous step.)
Finally, if you're trying to access e-mail too, go to Control Panel > Messaging accounts, and the Email tab there. Highlight the account you use from the Email accounts list (if it isn't already), then click the Edit button. Make sure that 'Preferred' is showing in the Internet account drop-down list.
Then -- try again! What happens now?

Check your handset i think there are advanced settings so go to the company office i think it is enough for you
