the K750, W800 or W900 or the only phones we should advize him.
they will do everything you want and more. and they are fairly priced.

would you like to explain?! as i have a W800i and i can think of many ways to describe it - fantastic, brilliant, joy to use etc etc a problem phone would certainly not be a thought that enters my mind!
