I have your solution buddy ! DON'T touch the phone. Put it in the window and use it as a ornament. If you really 'have' to use it remove the battery + cover and the problem will go away. You may experience some difficulties when trying to switch it on. This in turn can be solved by leaving it off.;-) Huh, another few tips and I've almost got 500 postings on Esato ! Happy New Year from South Africa. Mario ;-)

mario I've never seen you offer any constructive advice or tips yet. All you do is dump on SE phones. It get's a bit wearisome.; If you had an open mind, and were genuinely interested in helping people, then I wouldn't mind your presence here.
As it is though I wish you'd go back to your Nokia world and stop coming here spreading shit...

my w800īs batt cover is also a bit squeaky and the right side of the cover comes off more easily than the left one. Actually the right side felt squeaky while the right side was very well adjusted. However, after a few weeks the left side doesnt feel a bit loose or squeaky any more, i guess after pressing the batt cover against the phone several times due to daily usage it got better. I suggest u give it a few days. If that doesnt work try removing the batt cover and very gently start bending it a bit at the spot where it gets loose when inserted on the phone. But whatch it, be gentle and repeat it several times. Your cover may be a bit crooked so this might help

Sorry Max, I ment it as a new year jocke buddy. And yes I love SE cellphones, I guess that's why I am here and not 'there', althou there are thinks where the company can improve on, overall the devices are of above averiege quality imho at least

, however I know I am a bit harsh in criticising SE on this forum,on others (especialy the mighty Prodigits) I verymuch am pro SE. I am also aware that I irritate some SE users/fans with my comments, but in doing so I hope to draw attention and increase the number of 'protesters' and stop SE in taking this or that 'road' - which goes nowhere. I am also aware that in most cases, if not all, my comments end on deaf ears, SE and fans alike.
