where r u going to? i´m from argentina too, capital, i gotta warn u that there´s no 850 antenna in every town. I took my W800 to Mar del Plata this summer, i dropped in the sand, took it all party nights with me, and its ok...so take it. by the way...u dont have any single network in route 2

put it this way, its a phone, not a priceless peice of art, its going to get damaged sometime, it was made for listening to music, taking snaps on holiday, SO USE IT FOR THAT! if it gets scratched, theres always solutions, and thats if it DOES get scratched. Im sure youre a responsible adult, you can handle a phone!

1-Go to the nearest office supply store.
2-Get yourself some transparent book wrapper, or any sheet they have of mildly adhesive transparent plastic.
3-Press the adhesive transparent material to the screen of your phone before applying it, just so the screen's shape marks itself on the paper side of the adhesive.
4-Cut the adhesive to the shape of your phone's LCD screen.
5-Apply the adhesive to the screen by un-rolling from top to bottom, making sure to extend it well with a credit card so no air gets trapped in.
Now that should take care of possible scratches. As for sand getting inside the keyboard, or much worse: into the joystick cavity, not much you can do about it except to make sure it's always on top a beach table, or in your waist.
Wrapping the whole thing in transparent book wrapper would be another perfect solution, but then it wouldn't look as cool as you need it to look chicks-wise.
Last, but not least: ALWAYS blow into the camera lens BEFORE closing it.
I've always wondered, how long until someone comes up with an underwater shell for high resolution camera phones, such as canon and Panasonic Lumix cameras have...
