It's tough. How do you tear the keypad apart?

I'm trying to get the firmware update from SE to see if that works

Hi guys,First off thanks for a great site, has given me loadsa help in the past.
Just got a 910 off my mate with the same problem, that was bugging me bad. The dark grey surround (around the keys) clips off. I opened the flip and managed to unclip the edge(OK and Back key end)with my finger nail then theres 2 clips down each side and 2 at the bottom.Just gently worked my way down prisin the dark grey section away from the pad.Under it is the flexible "Keypad" and a white sticker covering the electric keypad.
Just wiped this clean,re-clipped the grey cover back on and is all working ok now!!!
Hope this is a little help to anyone
Cheers

I'm afraid I'll have to say try all you might, nothings gonna work. All the complaints sound extremely familiar. When I say all, I do mean ALL.

To abbreviate, I need to say that I finally replaced mine with a new one (after a year of on and off probs) with the hope that it wont run faulty again.
