Beacause both sides are as bad as each other, they are both backward looking cultures who slavishly follow writings of dubious origin yet interpret them as absolute evidence of their supremem right to behave exactly as they choose. Israel was born out of terrorism and it and Palestine will no doubt both perish as a result of it.

@AYK I am not sure what you mean I personaly think what is needed is for the Jews and Arabs to start to behave like human beings towards each other, that WILL 100% solve the problem at a single stroke. Blame and counter blame, attack & counter attack will not solve anything ever.

Jerusalem has always belonged to the muslims so why should it be shared?...Jerusalem belongs to the palestinians and should be handed back to them and be part of a future Palestinian state..Although i do agree all three faiths should have equal rights to worship there.

Perhaps, I don't know enough about the intricacies of the situation to say more positively. I feel though there won't be peace until power in that area is shared, all faiths can worship without bias or prejudice, and that there's a Palestinian state as well as the Israeli one, and not with one being wiped out or suppressed by the other.
