I've received the new phone, in rn035 and had the problems this version had.
I updated the phone, did some master resets, and the problem is exactly the same as before.

take it back and explain that unless they give you R1L002 under warranty, then the phone doesn't work as advertised. I wouldn't put up with it. You've paid good money make them give you something that works.

If you don't want the hassle, just pay your credits, use davinci and get R1L002 on there.
