My mum had no problem with me and neither did my grandad on his car.
Was cheap aswell it is only an extra £20 per month for me on my mums insurance, fully comprehensive too.
But then again "I'm a lady" so it would be cheaper.

As for the lessons, it definately depends on how much extra driving you do.
I passed after 12 lessons but did drive my mums car a quite a bit. My mates who didn't drive another car took upto 30 lessons.

always a classic for young lads! lol Not a bad buy really, best if you can get one owned by a mid aged to old woman, then it wont be ragged! lol Plenty of aftermarket parts too.
