A P905 is a P900 that has a specially altered P910 firmware flashed on to it.
Although you may be able to lay your hands on the firmware itself, you cannot flash it using a your docking station etc as it has to be done with some special hardware (a Cruiser, if i remember) and this costs a lot of money.
The actual cost at Above Connections is Ģ20 and this also unlocks and debrands the phone as well.

I suggest up upgrade your phone to a p910 instead of upgrading the software to P905.

I've tried that, and now have a P910.

It runs SOO much smoother because of the extra memory, and I have not issues with programs crashing, limited functionality etc.

In my opinion it's worth the extra cash - and with the P990 around the corner you should be able to pick one up at a reasonable price.

just my 2c
