Got the same thing as you, the Voodoofone rubbish is still there

What made it worse was my phone was unlocked before i started, but now it display's all 4 locks closed again

The free bluetooth upgrade should be done when you have still got credits but it doesn't use one.

I had my P910i unlocked and debranded by http://www.kingmobilephone.co.uk/.
The cost was £20 and the turnaround was a day.
It was well worth having done as mine was covered in Orange branding and obviously locked to Orange.

Delvi,

I might consider doing the same if I can't get any success with Total Multiserver. Did you post it to them, or take it in yourself?

Has anyone got a refund after Total Multiserver failed to remove branding? I bought the credits from CellCorner.

I posted my phone to Kingmobilephone, put it in post on a Thursday and got it back from them on Saturday morning.
I looked around on several forums and was not exactly sure whether anything like Total Multi Server would remove the branding, so rather than risk it sent it to Kingmobilephone.

Cellcorner informed me that they were trying to find a solution to successfully debrand the P910i. Unfortunately I've been waiting about 3 weeks now, the last I heard from them was almost 2 weeks ago, and they didn't respond to the message I sent them at the beginning of this week. They did originally say that if they couldn't solve it they would refund me - but unfortunately they didn't specify after what period of time. I have just sent them another message, and will see what happens. Unfortunately, even though I paid with PayPal, I think they don't allow you to claim money lost on services, and their fee for recovering money would counter the cost of these credits anyway.

Let this be a warning to anyone else using CellCorner, or Total Multiserver. Of course, if they do come up with a solution, or if they refund me I'll report back.

T-Mobile carried the P910i? I'm assuming T-Mobile outside of the US?

In reply to the people that didnt have an success debranding their p910I's using TMS, I can only say .."you must have done something wrong, or not followed the steps correctly in the user guide"

Since posting my first message on this forum i have unlocked and debranded several P910I's successfully first time round using the steps outlined in their guide.

For the people that have had problems i can only assume that their phones have not been FULLY unlocked on ALL networks before they started (they both state they only used the 2 credits approach)
