Sorry, bottom right, then tab the round clock, then summer time and choose.

And that is provided you have alarm set, right? Otherwise the clock wont show Up on the bottom tray. I may be wrong, so please correct me if so...

Clock should always be there. The icon features a little bell symbol if you have alarms.

AFAIK, summer time works in conjunction with the current country+city set in the phone setings.

Imagine you live in the US and you go on a trip to Brasil.
Ex: You set the current location to Brasil+S.Paulo on your phone.

The alarms created while you were in the US should pop up in Brasil at the correct time of the day, and not one hour before or after.

The explanation was clear enough?
