Getting to grips with this now.
OK so they have only charged me for the 2 weeks notice that I failed to give them. Fair enough.
But to charge me for my PAC code on top of this is not on.
Also on the bill an £8 credit, previously applied to each month account as a price match, rather than becoming a £4 credit (for 2 weeks only) has become a £4 charge.
Finally and more confusingly..... A load of calls and texts from Jan and Feb that were not on my original bills have appeared out of mid air.
I'm gonna pay, I've little choice but, I need to sort all this crap out in my head before I send a cheque. I'm certainly not having another wasted 15 minutes on the phone at god only knows what price.

Currently Orange having Billing Issues. i know this.
If you have been charged from calls and text that should have come out of your bundles in jan and few then you will be given the monies back.
If you dont have bundles then you will still have to pay for them.
Orange like all the mobile phone companies can charge up to 3 months later for everything.
Orange have had a few problems with there billing system and they are giving the monies back to the public but only if you ask.
Regarding the other features, Depending on your contract but you can be chanrged for your PAC code. I know Voda have charged in the pass £30.
All network require 30 days notice to cancel the contract, even if you are over your contract period.
if you disagree with the charges then ring back and just keep ringing them, Youve got nothing to loose and its a free call. Bug them to drop the charge

I would think that its only a free call if you ring on an Orange phone, which I no longer have. Now its likely to be 30p+ p/m as its an 07xx number.
Gonna check my bill for the mysteriously omitted calls, wait for the first warning letter then send the cnnts a cheque.
