Exactly what I'm hoping, just sent this to Ebay:
eBay Policies > Feedback Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal and Removal > Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal and Removal
User ID of member who received comment: sammyboy444
Item number: 9121161847
Reason for removal: Member who won an item solely to leave negative feedback
Customer concern: I emailed this concern yesterday, and am re-sending it now (as I think I used the wrong form)
The Ebay user 'Faheem06' won this item, it seems solely to leave negative feedback. He has done it with other members, and am asking that it be removed from my account as it is a malicious negative given for no reason it seems except to be abusive.
Please get back to me regarding this matter!

Finally, I had a result!
Ebay got back to me with this, and just checked my account and the malicious feedback has been removed. Other people haven't had theirs removed yet, hopefully they're working their way round to doing it.
