Personally, Im thinking se need to sort themselves out. se's portfolio is quite small so not releasing the w900 on all networks for example could result in maybe 10,000 less sales. Did or does se currently have anything to sell in the business sector since the p910 isnt it production anymore or has the stock not run out yet?

Walkmans doing even better q2 selling around 80,000/month more than last quarter.

Still think the portfolio has big holes in it. Needs a z800 replacement quick and a worthy upgrade for the W800 for a August release (w810 isnt enough and w950 is almost another range and no cam!). Or, they could lose some se walkman fans at upgrade time, like me, need a walkman and a cam.

Doing well still.

for me, it just seem now SE try to make sure whatever they announced, it have to be available in market maximum 3 months from the announcement time frame.

I am not suprise later they will have more product to be out...maybe tht time, we will see replacement for Z800 etc etc.

what's the point of having all the "coming soon" when everyone of them will be out during Q4

Just look at Moto...Q1 2005 they announced Slvr L7 and PBLR but when it is out? Q3 and Q4....some of those 3G device announced during 3GSM 2005 don't even out in market till now ...i remmber they have a 3G phone tht use 3 megapixel camera...till now...can't see it in market.

Samsung just announced today's result...shipment up Q to Q ...unlike SE which saw a drop when come to Q to Q comparison

BUT the suprising part is...SE have a leap in profit, and sales Q to Q or Y to Y comparison while Samsung have to suffer in a drop.

To me...tht should be the priority for SE...to get as much cash as possible so they have enough money for serious R&D...maybe one day, they can even stop using any Ericsson mobile platform and develope their own platform due to the ammount of cash they have.
