well I think I sent him an email explaining it all,
I also emailed ebay before he gets the chance to.
To be honest, I worried paypal will just pull out the money out of my account *cries*

The other option is to offer a part refund- the extra postage amount and say 20% of the final value? Might placate him and stop him doing something stupid or emptying ur paypal account.

I noticed in his feedback that he actually sold some sd cards, so i dont know if he was going to resell.
I don't mind taking the card back and giving him his money back, but I refuse to pay pay for his or my postage and paypal fees.
It's not fair!
Anyway, screw it, if he threatens me at all, I'll tell him that I'm a law student and I'm going to call the police.

It wasn't fine print, it was on the SECOND LINE of the listing!
As for postage, I told him BEFORE he bid on the item that I hoped people would take postage into consideration.
TBH, I don't give a crap, but in this case, I didn't put that postage incorrectly on purpose. Ebay saves your last postage price and I just didn't change it.

i always shooy myself in the foot with postage on shebay, when ever i sell anything big, the previous was like a air guitar with free postage!
although to be fair to him, if you said the item was brand new, and it wasnt id be miffed to.

I told him it was used and before he made a bid I immediately told him that it was used once. I guess I should have wrote "As New" but I am VERY clear about that, and with this specific person, I TOLD him it wasn't new

I accepted cheque, bank deposit and paypal.
I said I'd prefer bank deposit so I don't have to pay fees with paypal.
Do you understand what I'm saying.
If you are so quick to judge I don't think I"d want to do any business with you in the first place! Do you even know me and the type of person I am?
