In our country this is our settings:
Menu
Connect
Select Data Comm
Select Data Accounts
Add Account
Account Type, select GPRS Data
New account,
Name: GPRS Internet
APN: internet.globe.com.ph
User id:
Password:
Save
To Check CID
Select GPRS Internet
CID = N (Connection ID)
Note: CID = N (The CID account will be your dial up number. CID can be 3,4,5 depending on the access profile. Eg. *99***3#)


Making GPRS Connection


Double Click My Computer->Dial-Up Networking->Make New Connection
Enter the name you want the connection to be called GPRS Internet (you can leave the default one). Choose the modem you want to connect with (e.g Ericsson t68/t68i ). Click Next.
Enter the phone number: *99***N# (disable country code area code).
Click Finish.
Configuring Dial Up Networking


Right Click the connection you’ve just created (determined at step 2). Right-click on that connection and select Properties.
Uncheck Use country code and area code.
Click Configure.
Click Connection Tab
Click Advanced
Extra Settings “at+cgdcont=1,”IP”,”internet.globe.com.ph” press OK
Click the Server Type tab.
Check TCP/IP Settings and Enable software compression.
Double click on the connection you created (GPRS Internet), and don’t input anything on the Username and Password field.
Then click on Connect.
