I call later on SE service in Athens and they finnaly told me that because R380 is PDA it cannot receive from T68i R520 etc phone book data because also it has more lines and details for each account number !! Are they saying the truth or not ? Jnorberg sees that he has done it ? Who is telling the truth ??

just tested with my T68i and R380... sending from R380 to T68i works, but not the other way... should work though.... has nothing to do with that R380 can be seen as a PDA... I have sent contacts to/from a Palm Pilot without any problems... so... I haven't got a clue what's wrong...

I did both t68mi>R380 and R38>t68mi. I did send contacts and worked fine. It was a R380 not a R380e if it helps.

have you tried 0000 as the phone lock code when doing a master reset?
try doing a calibration of the screen... you find it in the System menu.
