Ive had my w800 6months and not one crash or bug found! I use it a lot too! You always hear horror stories about some peoples phones but then the next person can have no problems at all. same with anything, its just how it is.

Yes, T68i is a very stable phone, the only problem is that is sooooo slow. But that is not a bug ...

Firmware errors, "bugs" are always possible to fix with a correction and fimware upgrade of the phone. A more serious problem is when the phones have mechanical design flaws, like the batteriy contact on ols Ericsson phones that always were poor after a year's usage, the SIM holder on T68 (Insert SIM displays even whn the SIM is there) or the joystick on for example K700. Such problems are very expensive to fix and for a phone older than 2 years, it's cheaper to buy a new one.
