I had the problem too when testing. I found out, that you have to allow "unit that not fully support..." in the sync setup on the exchange server.

What do you mean exactly by "on the exchange server". Mail2web being a hosted service, I have no access to the server settings.

I can confirm that mail2web doesn't work with the DataViz software; even though everything else (including the neat gmail app) works fine with the Internet.
Same settings, same SIM card, different phone (albeit WM5) work fine.
I also tried 4smartphone.net trial account; that didn't work. In fact, it led to the complete hanging of my phone.
Seems DataViz cannot initiate a connection; and as such is completely dead in the water for me. After I tap 'Check', the little globe icon (indicating a data connection) comes up briefly, then fades away. After that, my phone locks up and I have to hard reset it.
All other applications are utilizing the Internet without problems.
As far as I am concerned, DataViz is useless.

Have you guys tried using seven always on email? Its an absolute breeze to setup and works with gmail, all you need to enter is your gmail add and password it does the rest and it actually pushes your gmail as it arrives or any other account.
On another note I honestly have had no probs with dataviz works all the time except when I am in a bad signal area and then it looses sync and switches to manual...other wise pretty ok.

Having now swapped operators (now on Orange) and using the M600 Excahange dataviz etc with mail2web all works great also.
As a true PUSH email system it is one I would recommend as it is FREE !
