it depends if u got used to jog or not. had for a short time p9, never used jog. however imo the placing for the jog on the right side of fone would be better

I dont get this - are you guys left handed?

I always liked the fact you can use the jogdial, with your index finger, and then it leaves your thumb free to touch the screen if need be...

Please explain...!

I miss the 5 way jog-dial, big style. But... I do like the new return button on the M600i, so it kind of makes up for it...

The Z5, think it was first with the 5-way jog, still is the best phone i've ever had....! Miss that tremendously!

The return button was new on the M600? Sony had the 3-way scrollwheel and the back button on their Clies, when they spiffed that up to 5-way, I didn't realise they drop the back button...

@dazbradbury: I think you mean right-handed. Right-handed users will hold the phone with their left hand so that they can use the stylus with their right hand. Hence the scrollwheel rests comfortably on the thumb.

Your completely correct... haha, i'm both left handed and right handed (everything with my right hand, apart from write...!), so sometimes I confuse what is normal for most people. You guys are right then, and if i was right-handed, i would agree with you!!

Luckily, as a lefty, i've got it perfect.

Ah another person in the world similar to me! Though I prefer the jog dial exactly where it is - much better on the left.

I used a WM5 device and the first thing that I missed was the jog dial. You don't realise how useful it is until you don't have it.

The jogdial is just a great invention. Still using it on my P900. That is one reason the P900 is still #1 on the popularity list after 3 years on the market.

The 5 WAY! jogdial is trhe best thing ever on a phone... I have reverted back to my P910 from my K-Jam duse due losing the charger on my K-Jam, and I have just relaised how much I still love my P-Series and the jogdial. Why have SE gone to a 3 way... irritating.
