lol could you not just send yours first, when my macbook was faulty i had to send that first and then they confirmed the fault and sent me a new one.

well reading this, i wanna get a new computer, and i cant decide between a pc and mac, so reading the website, i cant across this:

My keyboard didnt work on the mac, so i sold the mac

I second that, did you not look for the drivers or even get a mac keyboard there cheap enough to pick up off ebay you know.
Fatreg can you not go and swap it in an apple store at all? Would be alot easier and less hassle ringing apple costs a fortune, i was on over an hour when i rang up my grandad went mad!
