thats the thing, if he needed more time I would gladly give it to him if he was nice about it. But he's slammed this on me all of a sudden.
People know me on the forums. I always try my best to make people happy.
I don't want to give him 50 pounds off, but I'm a nice person.
I'm really really broke at the moment.
I guess I could just try to eat less this week.
I just want the rest of the money.
If he indeed has a heart, he'd take 20 pounds off rather than 50.

its a great piece of kit, £310 is a bargain...

Again as a mac mini owner I thiink its important to say all mac minis get marks on the top really easily its a similar surface to the ipod, when I bought one myself which was as new when I inspected it, after taking it home in the proper box etc it ended up with small marks on top of it, which I expected, It doesnt effect the usage atall or the retail price, you can only see the marks under light and for a pc thats nothing atall. Its hardly a point woth sending it back and unless they are big mother f*cker scratches a few mm deep theres no reason to complain. I got some Ikear whcih removed them easily

ok lets not sh*t around, we all know its me who bought the mac.
Let me tell you my side before you all start to accuse it as my fault.
OK i got the Mac, the box was in far from good condition with all corners tatty and some parts ripped. Ok, now when opened i cant remember to much but i remember the top quite marked. noticable under any light. OK so i was pretty pissed off but didnt say nothing to amnesia (solid will know about this) all i wanted to do from that moment was to get the thing out my house. Amnesia showed the easy way out by offering £10 off :/ ... i decided not to take this and pay the full amount by the dates. Ok now so the problem now was just to get rid of it. bearing in mind the bargain of £300 was not a bargain at all. Infact i saw the exact thing go for £280 on ebay inc p+p..
Ok so, i found a buyer, in Leeds who said they would buy it if it was in excellent condition. I though to my self, maybe my definition of excellent is just 1 grade lower than brand new and that amnesias definition of brand new may be shared with other people more then mine. So i sent the thing to the buyer and suprise suprise... it isnt considered to be in excellent condition. ok i thought, i can still get out of this. i paid the guy 2 post it me back £12, plus i paid him money back (plus 4%) by paypal. That puts me back around £30 in losses as i sent, paid to recieve and paid fee.
I found a second buyer. recieved a payment of £300 inc del. thought that it would finnally be over i sent the parcel over costing £12. The next day, i see my paypal down £-300 and a load of messages complaining about the condition and how they wanted a refund.
This leaves me in a situation, i have a shipment of iPods delayed and you p[robably all know by now which has most of my money tied up and the precious little money i had left went on expenses.
So all i have now is money below £50 in my account, a mac in some old farts hands and owing amnesia £110. Also have family problems abit worse then what amnesia is currently in which only he knows about and around 5 exams that will decide where my career goes. Obviously ive tried so hard to get rid of it even with making a loss
