Eh~! this might sounds like the main problem why a bluetooth cant detect your phone.. @flag, try to go to bluetooth setting, search for visibility and under it there 's two choices which is Show Phone or Hide Phone ... and lastly do select on the Show Phone and try to use your bluetooth to detect it once again Big Thanks to hairytea

I tought that too, but if the visibility was hidden, than my friends couldn't find my too. Just for sure, I look it up and it was correct. Last night I tested with a W800i and a W810i and nothing. Same error.

I guess you guys are gett'n tired of me lol

Never ever say that mate, what is the reason you register at this esato forum? to find information and solution to what problem you are having.. as i and all of esatonian here are willingly to help each other to solve problem and share information together without any hesitate . that's the reason why we have such forum hehe i talk too much crap

anyway, seems like it wont work either W800i or W810i.. now its down to your bluetooth device try to exchange it in anyway

Another thing.. yesterday I installed the bluesoleil software in a notebook of a friend in college (he's the one who has the w810i and don't work out ) and in the menu My Bluetooth/Security/Services was enabled when back home is not. Everything is disabled here. Why ?

cant get the real name but probably its called IVT Bluetooth USB Dongle(my guess only) and it cost around RM60 (convert it to your country money currency )
