Mine was an upgrade, I had the choice, cheap phone and normal contract or cheap contract and reduced phone, so I took the latter.

if u want unbranded K800i. o2 would be your only option. The good news is u can always get a better deal after your first 12 months contract.

I'm with Orange and have been happy with them for 9 years!!! Next month I think they are going to introduce some new price plans, so it's rumoured as all the networks are trying to beat T-Mobiles FLEXT packages.
So FLEXT are supposed to be the best plans at the mo but I'm not sure what there branding is like. I vote Orange anyway.

Hi as a recent convert to T-Mobile personally i think the combination of Flext and Web N Walk is currently unbeatable and the branding seems to be minimal but hey just MO.

might i say i got my vigin contract from the link and my w800 is unbranded and unlocked without any extra cost the only thing is it says its t-mobile SOMETIMES so maybe virgin n T-mobile r the same or sister companys?
