Not sure if you knew, but I also sent money to brownlad for ipods.
After a good few weeks with no sign of them arrivng, I asked for a refund. He was very good about it and although it took a while I did get it all back. The majority came via transfer from Canada from his supplier with the rest via Paypal from him.
I have got his address and phone number if you need it.

yep you seemed to escape this whole mess something I wish I could have done... the main problem is he seems to have cut comunication with us, i last heard from him friday I think, and I believe when alex rand he was hung up on, which really lost allot of confidence I had. He does seem to have a problem with his supplier, but I don't understand what happend with alec...

i see brownlad all the time, he is experiencing problems and you cant get your money any qu icker and he is trying his best to get it back asap. you will get your money i can guarantee you of this. brownlads supplier has basically cancelled all his wholesale orders and his refunding all his customers including brownlad, the same day brownlad gets the refund you will get yours, there really is nothing that brownlad can do about it and even if you contacted the law they cant do nothing because brownlad cant refund you until he has the money to. if i could help you get the money back any quicker than i would, but i really cant do anything about it and i know 100% that brownlad is trying his best. if you need to ask brownlad anything, ask me and ill try and get back to you asap.

The problem I have is the lack of contact and the fact that he doesn't seem to care. If I was him I'd be ringing the supplier daily and making his life impossible, he occasionally sends him an email.
