Master reset wont work..you would prob have to wait for some unlocking tool like Davinci Team to have support for reflashing software. You can then debrand the phone...only problem is you might not be able to access the vodafone live portal because it wont recongnise it as a "vodafone" phone.
If you wait for unlocking tools & de-brand it, when you do a software upgrade via the SE upgrade service it will go back to how it was with the Vodacrap in there, i had this problem with a T630

Mr H
Sorry to get slightly off track but you mentioned that there was a shortcut to Vodafone Live!. I bought my phone some weeks ago off expansys and as a vodafone customer I have been trying ever since to access it but to no avail. I have just rung up Vodafone and they say the vodafone M600i doesn't even support it.
Would you mind just checking the link is there and works - I want to use mine for mobile tv and don't know how to go about it.
Many thanks

ahh, sorry. I misled a little.
There is no shortcut to Voda Live! - I was just saying that I wouldnt mind one.
As it is, and having spoken to both Voda and SE over the past 24 hours, I am having to return this phone to vodafone. What they have done with the interface is absolutely abysmal. Shortcuts missing, icons relaced with text.
It means that even the standard SE themes don't work. I really wanted this phone to work, but they have completely and utterly f***ed it.
Sad
(Even if I could just replace the icons I would be happier)
