Yep certainly is, big clumsly piece of shite!

Just need to find out what i'm/we're covered for, then we can take it from there.

I'm sure it covers accidental damage, but not 100% sure of that, needs confirming. Hardware and all that is covered.

I'm gonna contact comet, probably tommorow now, and ask them what I can do... Will keep you updated.

Need it repairing either way, as it my main laptop! Knew I shouldn't have gone for a sony laptop.

I dont even use all the fancy shit on it.

All i need is a fast laptop, reliable and with a lot of memory and ram, nothing else!

Maybe overheating the cpu so it doesent work at all and accidently smashing the screen? It would be a shame if that accidently happened wouldnt it And maybe a letter from a computer guy saying that iy would be beyond economic repair and the cpu overheating lead to another problem etc...
