Bhp is all relative to the cars weight and size. Listing power figures does'nt mean it's the best car. The ccx beat the track time of the veryon.
It all depends how you define power on straight line the veyron would probably beat those cars.
The w engine concept is not new either they have a smaller w8 in some of the passats.

F1 cars only produces 700+ horses for what I know of
Not all maybe the Buggatti, but a F1 car has 750 KW not Hp, and an F1 car can reach 0-100 in 2 sec, and then again 100-200 in another 2sec and 200-300 in 2sec again....... no other car on this list will be able to do that
