kk well i used the ebay live help, and i chtted to the guy using the live help feature on ebay and he confirmed that my account had been accessed by an unauthorised user and that ebay had changed my password, so he then rang me on my home telephone and gave me my new password, and that was it guys, thanks for your help once again
