i have no idea why you are strugling
all i can recommend is that uninstall all SE software
download the signed drivers from SE site install them.
downlaod SEUS again install it
open phone on flash mode install driver
reboot the SEUS and that should be ok

The PC specification seems fine to me. It should not cause you any trouble as far as I can see.

its usigned but the se drivers have them in them...
flash mode is when you hold C with no sim turn the phone off put the USB in and the phone doesnt turn on but the PC makes the USB conection noise
you have taken the sim out and mem stick right?

Yes, probably.
You definitely have to take the SIM card out before you start the upgrade procedure.

ok flash update procedur is
Step one: back up all photos, music etc to the sim and mem card
Step 2: insure all software is upto date (on PC)
Step 3: remove batt, sim and card
Step 4: reinsert Batt
Step 5: load SEUS
Step 6: follow onscreen instuctions
DO NOT deviat from what SEUS says!
