Hello guys,
I think I installed BBC on my phone correctly.
But, I can't tap the "Blackberry Internet" tab on the phone.
I'm using T-mobile USA. Do I have to set this up through T-mobile website to get a Blackberry email account?
Since there is no my phone (M600i) on the list of the t-mobile website, I can't set up the Blackberry Email account.
So, I talked with T-mo rep, and they said I can't get a support just because I'm not using a Blackberry handset by T-mobile.
How do you guys set up email accounts like Hotmail and Gmail on the phone? I don't know how to create BlackBerry Internet service account.
Do I need to pretend as if I have a blackberry handset on the T-mo website?
btw, is it possible to receive standard Hotmail using BBC? or Does it have to be Hotmail Plus?
Please help me out!!

@kcy:
yep, you need to choose a blackberry phone in your tmo account phone selector, following which a "SET UP BLACKBERRY INTERNET E-MAIL" option appears on your account home page.
quite elementary from there on out.
p.s. you need to be on one of the blackberry plans, in case you aren't at the moment.

Thank you for your res!!
Yea, I have BB plan and it works great.
Except one thing for me;
I want to use Japanese, but BlackBerry web client doesn't support Japanese. It's ok to read if I use a web, though.
Any ideas for exchange server which does supprt Japanese?
Especially, I want to use Push email for Hotmail.
Cheers!

Hello all,
I need some help with my m600i. I currently have a t-mobile plan with the total t-mobile internet package (29.99 monthly). I cannot connect to the wap.voicestream proxy t-mobile uses. I would like to setup a push email account and use the web but none of the t-mobile website configurations or sony ericsson configs seem to work for my device. Can anyone assist me in a configuration or advise me in getting a different web package? I live in the d.c metro area so i should be able to receieve t-zones proxy server.
Thank you, any adivce is much appreciated.
Oliver

I got an m600 3 months ago from Ebay and it came with swisscom firmware. Just debranded today and it took less than 5 mins to get up and running with the US T-Mo web 5.00 plan and SE wap/email/mms settings. Just go to the following configurators -
WAP:
http://sonyericsson.wdsglobal[....]onyericsson/browser?&pid=M600i
MMS:
http://sonyericsson.wdsglobal[....]ta/sonyericsson/mms?&pid=M600i
Email:
https://sonyericsson.wdsgloba[....]/sonyericsson/email?&pid=M600i
