ive been reading up on that and it says somethin about shorting the battery so u remove the BIOS completly

You can't even get to safe mode...
It's a Computer password not a windows password.
You won't get past the memory test.

But yes, removing the battery will reset it.

yeah but sometimes people forget.
Like when your Playstation doesn't work and you check the plug behind the ps, you check it's plugged in, you flick the switch on the ps, you even OPEN up the PS to make sure it's fine.
Then you remember you forget to switch the plug on
