So the best idea is NOT to stare into laser source or Not to point it to peoples eyes.
However you can always use laser googles which filters the laser lights

A quick note
Believe me if you wear them right under bright sunlight it makes you very happy and you feel like you are "HIGH" because the colors seems to be different than normal, it's very interesting, you gotto try to understand. Because you can't understand the real thing from the pictures

We just need to be able to create a super strong laser capable of destroying instantly and a thicker beam that can be controlled so that it stops at a certain point.
