its cause the "region"???

That's a very good advice!
But... for some weird reason people here seem to ignore it way too often. Apparently they get a certain kick out of being the firsts to update without waiting to see if the new software itself has possible issues.
IMHO you should only update your phone if there's actually something wrong with it (ie hangs trying to open an application, etc...) and not just based on the fact that a "new" version is available (which we all should know by now doesn't necessarily mean "better") or because someone else is reporting problems with the version you have.
I still have the an old version of the software on my K750 and since its player and its camera are working perfectly (no hiss on the player, no hang-ups trying to open pics) I don't plan to update anytime soon.

I have R1CC003 and when I ask the phone to search for lastest updates, it tells me the I have the LASTEST...why may this be? Should I update it if I can or does it have problems? What things should get better?
