@misly
I think that sums up a lot of people views on here. There doesn't seem to be anything decent to upgrade to. The high-end is sparse atm.

SE doesnt have anything in the highend category except P990, which is a PDA-phone, not a normal phone.
So for highend non PDA phones, look elsewhere.

Sony Ericsson's innovation seems to be going backwards.
about 3 years ago I got a t610
nearly 1.4 years ago I got a k750i. I upgrade every 1.5 years, so I am looking to upgrade.
But with an upgrade I expect improvements in most categories and no removal of features. I wont pay for a new phone that removes features and doesn't add much. To me that is encouraging reverse innovation. We vote to corporations with our money.
The latest round of Sony Ericsson cameras do not have the overall / improved features of the K750i.
Light / Flash - Yes but no torch like functionality due to digital camera style flash. I live on a large property and I use the torch function of the k750i alot. Very handy.
Megabass - Only on walkman branded phones
Auto focus higher megapixel than k750i camera - Only on Camera phones that don't have megabass.
Video capture - lol I wont upgrade untill sony ericsson matches nokia's dvd like quality capture.
Keep trying Sony Ericsson. I want to stick with Ericsson, but some other brand phones are looking really really good in comparison. So hurry up!

Its nothing that special. IMO the only good thing is the new walkman player. Rest is the same as M600

@sir - Why get an M600 if you already have a P990 (avatar)
@don - The M600 does not have a camera for all I know dude

Full PDA-functions + fone, is what it is . . .
I don't own a p990 as you can tell from my signature. I just like the look of the p990 with it's flip off. Don't really see why I should purchase another device with a camera as I have a k800i. The white m600i has got me tempted.

Just a general wondering, not an attack of any kind. But whats the point in having two phones? I'm rather tempted to get something in the P range, but now I have my K800 I cant really see the point other than the symbian features.

Some people, like myself, use two numbers, ergo the two phones.
