Yea I totally agree but it's no biggy because I have a V800 which uses the same batery as the k800i so illl just switch the batteries.
Btw I wonder if you don't use your phone for a long period of time if the batteries discharge rate slows down??? Because recently I have noticed a dramatic difference in my k700i's standby time. It seems as if it can hold a charge longer then the day I got it.
